ABOUT THE ARTIST

"The pool of my creativity is blended from all things real, fantastical, emotional, and spiritual, drawing energy from everything around. Pen and ink, watercolor and pencils on mixed-media papers have always been my mediums of choice. Nothing rivals the sensation of guiding pens and brushes across paper, fully immersed and present in the moment. My technique varies through experimentation, introducing elements of surprise. Embracing an open mindset allows for exploration in new directions, keeping the creative flow dynamic and exhilarating."

For over three decades, Paulina's art prints, books, and card decks have been collected worldwide. In 1999, she founded a pioneering online art platform, Restless Moon Gallery, which served as a launchpad for her creative endeavors. Since 2007, Paulina has explored the realm of tarot and oracle cards, illustrating and authoring a range of unique and captivating decks. Among her notable works are Paulina Tarot (2009), Joie de Vivre Tarot (2011), The Faerie Guidance Oracle (2012), Witchlings Deck and Book Set (2014), Spiritsong Tarot (2017), Pixiekins Daily Inspiration (2019), Phantasma Tarot (2021), Magicmakers Tarot (available April 2025), and Faerie Pathways Oracle (available autumn 2025). With the conclusion of her extensive tarot and oracle chapter, Paulina adds to her card deck repertoire with Halloween Dreams, a fully illustrated deck of playing cards.

BOOKS: The Secret Language of Trees, initially published in a sold-out first edition book and CD set (2020), is a graphic novella complemented by its original soundtrack. Since 2009, the fusion of visual and auditory elements has been essential to Paulina’s studio work. As a recording artist signed with Projekt Records, a prominent independent music label in America, she has written, recorded, and produced twelve full-length CDs. Paulina's attunement to alternate realms has been a guiding force since childhood, enabling her to communicate with spirit beings. The insights and experiences from these ethereal connections are intricately woven into both her visual and auditory creations. She shares, "Unknown worlds and otherworldly beings love to connect with each one of us, enriching our lives with their presence. Be open to the beauty and strangeness and magic they want to share. Communicating from the heart with the intent to create is an accessible, collaborative act."

Additionally, Paulina is a practicing energy worker with over 30 years of experience in modalities such as Pranic Healing and Reiki. Her dedication to energy medicine and wellness resonates throughout her work and daily life.

Known personally as Paulina Frances Cassidy, she adopted the professional moniker Paulina Fae for her creative endeavors. Paulina was born on January 19, 1970, in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. She and her husband Kevin have resided in the Chattanooga, Tennessee, area since 2007. They live with feline companions, Aurora and Clovis, alongside the spiritual presence of felines Mortimer and Lilith.
